Anaerobic & Aerobic Mixture for Culture
Cultivation of bacteria is a common practice in modern biotechnology. A controlled atmosphere to support the process of growth is necessary. The atmosphere for aerobic organisms is based on oxygen or air and anaerobic organisms require atmospheres based on nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
Both types of bacteria usually require a carbon source for maximum growth. Sterilizing mixtures are used for growth control to eliminate all organisms present.
Few examples are given below
Hydrogen 3% + CO2 97% | CGM02291110 |
CO2 0.5-10% + Nitrogen Balance | CGM02114730 |
CO2 0.5-10% + H2 0.5-10.0% + Nitrogen Balance | CGM03114710 |
CO2 0.5-10% + Oxygen Balance | CGM02115410 |
CO2 0.5-10% + Air Balance | CGM02116810 |
